Are your products genuine?
All of our products are 100 per cent genuine and fully packaged, as you would find them in the high street.
How do I pay?
We accept credit card or debit card payments through Paypal.
What about VAT?
All of our prices are inclusive of UK VAT.
What about P&P?
We charge a minimum of £2.40 for postage and packaging. Customers may opt for either Royal Mail Recorded First Class or Second Class Signed For Delivery, or Special Next Day Delivery. Please note that UK orders of two or more items may be dispatched separately.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail recorded delivery within three working days of the order date. Please allow up to eight working days for delivery to the UK. We usually provide a Royal Mail reference number for you to track your purchase.
What is your returns policy?

Do you ever run out of popular product lines?
Occasionally yes. In the unlikely event that an item is not in stock we will contact you within 72 hours of the receipt of your order to advise you when the item will be available and provide the option to cancel the order, or to select another item.
