Shipping & Returns

Cancellation and Return Policy : You may cancel your order at anytime prior to the order being dispatched by sending an email with the cancellation request to orders@discountperfumesuk.com. Please include the order number in the email.

Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to discountperfumesUK.COM within seven(7) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify discountperfumesUK.COM Customer Service by email or phone.

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receiving your order as per our return policy. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee. It is suggested that you compare the item with the invoice.

To avoid any delay in processing your return or exchange, please read the following policy and follow the instructions therein.

If no one is at the delivery address to collect the parcel, a note would be left to collect the parcel from the local Royal Mail Delivery Office. If the parcel is then not collected within 7 days it would be returned to us by Royal Mail. If this happens then the cost of the purchase minus the delivery charges would be refunded to the customer's original payment method within 30 working days of the parcel being returned back to us.

Damaged Goods
While we make every effort to prevent shipping damage, on rare occasions it may occur. For your own protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you have inspected it for damage, and retain the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, do the following:

1. Contact returns department within 7 days of your invoice date via E-mail for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. -See How to Receive an RMA Number
2. Return the damaged goods via Royal Mail recorded for delivery. We will refund the cost of the item(s) as well as the shipping charges. As always, please e-mail: returns@discountperfumesuk.com, our customer service department if you have any further questions.

How to Receive an RMA Number
Please provide us with the following information in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All return requests should be submitted via e-mail: returns@discountperfumesuk.com.

1. Order number from the packing slip.
2. The name of the product you wish to return.
3. Customer name.
4. Reason for return (defective, broken etc.)
5. Whether you want a refund or a replacement.
6. Customer's e-mail address.
7. Please state if the product has been opened or worn.

RMA Policy

1. Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to DiscountperfumesUK.COM within seven(7) business days from delivery date of your order.
2. We can not accept any return without an RMA number.
3. Request for an RMA number must be made via e-mail: returns@discountperfumesuk.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
4. Please allow up to 48 hours for an RMA number to be issued.
5. RMA numbers are good for ten (10) days.
6. All items must be in original condition, with all packing materials included.
7. Please remember to include your packing slip from the original order.
8. You must write your RMA number on the outside of the package. The RMA number is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return.
9. All other non-defective item returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
10. Customer must pre-pay all shipping and handling.
11. Returned items must be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Please E-mail tracking number to returns@discountperfumesuk.com if requested.
12. Please allow 2-4 weeks for credit.
13. For replacements, you will need to place a new order. Please use E-mail for placing the new order. Please include previous order number, RMA number, and complete credit card information.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, discountperfumesUK.COM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. A credit shall be issued immediately to your credit card account for the amount charged in the incorrectly priced order.

Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to items herein being purchased is retained by the seller until the purchaser pays for the goods and only at that time does the title pass to the purchaser.
